Small Business Management was started as Small Business Solutions in 2011, when Chuck saw a need to help his community's smaller businesses strive. Chuck knew first hand, being a business owner since 1983, that running the business is the priority and we have the opportunity to assist with the administrative end. With our help you are able to focus on growing your business without worry on the accounting side.

As a show of commitment to his employees and team, Chuck invited Jen and Britney to partner up with him in the company starting in January 2022.

Although our roots are in accounting, our firm also provides a full range of services including accounting, reporting and payroll services - plus extras such as tax consultation and accounting software consultation.

My name is Chuck. I have owned and operated my own businesses since 1983. I started out as a Contractor. I have my Bachelors in Accounting and 20+ years of experience in this field. I am a member of Washington Association of Accountants.
My main hobby is work but when I'm not I like to spend time with my son.
Owner
My name is Jen. I have completed my Associates in Accounting, and am working on my Bachelor's as of now. Upon completion of my degree, my goal is to obtain my CPA. I have experience with running my own businesses as well as working in other professions.

On my free time, I like to do numerous hobbies, including painting, being creative with epoxy resin, hiking, gardening, mechanics, board/card games, etc. I do most of these activities with my husband and children.
Accountant, Office Manager
My name is Laureen. I have 5+ years experience in the tax and accounting field and over ten years customer service experience. I genuinely care about the clients I work with and I work hard to help them succeed. I grew up watching my father keep a business running, so I understand the ups and downs of running a business.. I am well-versed in Quickbooks and I can easily navigate Microsoft Office, if needed, to get clients the information they need.
During my free time, I love to play video games. My husband is an avid gamer, so that is something we enjoy together. One thing I am passionate about is the inclusion of people with disabilities into our modern workforce. As someone with cerebral palsy, I am extremely grateful Small Business Management is a forward thinking company.
